DEVICES ADMINISTRATION OF LEARNING

Compile syllabus and RPP is one of the main tasks and functions of the teacher in the learning process activities. However, in reality, in making this syllabus and lesson plans teachers have different abilities. Otherness ability of teachers in preparing the syllabus and lesson plans were in fact strongly influenced by its insights, especially in the field of professional competence and pedagogical competence.

If a teacher has been able to prepare syllabus and RPP properly in accordance with the rules / guidelines that have been set by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) actually reflects that the teacher already has a pedagogical competence and social competence because the syllabus and RPP set forth in detail the activities that will be carried out by teachers with students who will eventually describe to the demands of the curriculum learning objectives appropriate to a subject. Therefore, to be able to prepare syllabus and RPP properly then the teacher should have a good insight also in the field of pedagogical competence and competence profesioal as has been stipulated by Ministerial Regulation No. 16 of 2007.

Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 74 of 2008, concerning teacher Article 1, paragraph 1 explaining that the definition of the teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, train, assess, and evaluate students on early childhood education track formal education, basic education, and secondary education. Professional word in the definition of a teacher as described above indicate that a teacher is required to have professional competence in accordance with the regulations of national education minister No. 16 of 2007,

As is the professional competence according to Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007 is as follows:

  1. Mastering the material, the structure of the concept, and the mindset of scientific support of teaching subjects
  2. Mastering standard of competence and basic competences subjects / fields of the development of teaching
  3. Float of teaching learning materials creatively
  4. Developing professionalism in a sustainable manner by taking action reflective
  5. Harnessing information and communication technologies to communicate and develop themselves
